Comments & Complaints

The Annette Island Service Unit staff wants to make our services easy to obtain and accessible to all who are eligible. We welcome your comments about how our services could be improved. If you are unhappy with a service you received, we want to hear about that, too, so we can make every effort to correct the problem. We encourage you to put your suggestions and complaints in writing and send them to the Service Unit Director in the administration office. We will respond to written complaints within 30 days.
